Telesales Agent
As a Telesales Agent at Dacha Real Estate, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will be to generate and qualify leads, build relationships, and book appointments for our real estate agents. You’ll play a key part in driving business growth and ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Qualify leads and identify potential clients interested in Dubai property.
- Schedule appointments and connect warm leads to the relevant real estate agent.
- Maintain and update client information in our CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve scripts, strategies, and performance.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements: - Previous telesales, call centre, or customer service experience (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated personality.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
