We’re launching an exciting new Off-Plan Division, and we're looking for a high-performing Off-Plan Team Leader to trail blaze this arm of our business. This is a rare opportunity for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented real estate professional to not only shape a team from the ground up, but also make their mark as a top closer in one of the region’s fastest-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example — actively close off-plan deals while supporting your team to do the same.
• Build and develop a high-performing off-plan sales team, creating a winning culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.
• Train and mentor new team members to increase performance and raise professional standards.
• Manage and optimize incoming lead flow, ensuring leads are effectively distributed and converted across the team.
• Set performance targets and work closely with team members to help them exceed goals.
• Foster strong relationships with key developers across Dubai, ensuring the team has access to the best inventory and launch opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs and track performance.
• Report on performance and pipeline progress at regular intervals.
• Stay up to date with market trends, launch cycles, and competitive developments to keep the team ahead of the curve.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals consistently and manage a personal pipeline.
• Strong leadership qualities, able to motivate, mentor, and drive a team toward targets.
• Deep understanding of Dubai's off-plan market and developer network.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage lead flow, track progress, and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
